Human Engineer

Own product implementation across the VentureX OS portfolio — shipping features, integrations, and platform infrastructure that every venture inherits on day one.

Responsibilities

  • Full-stack engineering across portfolio ventures
  • Build and maintain Lovable + Supabase product surfaces
  • Implement third-party integrations and platform automations
  • QA, deployment, and production reliability support

Ideal Background

  • 5+ years full-stack engineering experience
  • Strong TypeScript, React, and modern web platform fundamentals
  • Comfortable with Supabase / Postgres and API integration work
  • Bias toward shipping and pragmatic technical decisions

Platform Operations & Integration Manager

Run the operational backbone of VXOS — orchestrating automations, dashboards, and agent workflows so every venture inherits a coherent operating system.

Responsibilities

  • Own n8n, ClickUp, Notion, Grafana, Supabase, and Stripe integrations
  • Design and maintain agent workflows and SOPs across ventures
  • Build dashboards and operational visibility for the portfolio
  • Ensure integration reliability, monitoring, and incident response

Ideal Background

  • Operations or technical PM background in fast-moving environments
  • Hands-on with workflow automation tooling (n8n, Zapier, Make)
  • Comfortable instrumenting systems and reading dashboards
  • Systems thinker who turns chaos into repeatable processes

Financial Operations Lead

Lead venture-level finance, capital strategy, and portfolio reporting — partnering with AI agents on automated finance workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue reporting and Stripe oversight across ventures
  • Build projections, models, and unit economics by venture
  • Support fundraising and investor reporting
  • Own venture financial modeling and capital allocation analysis

Ideal Background

  • Finance, FP&A, or venture finance background (5+ years)
  • Strong financial modeling and reporting skills
  • Experience with SaaS / multi-product unit economics preferred
  • Comfortable working alongside automated finance tooling
